9:00–11:30 AMMorning Session

Students will enroll in one of the following sessions for the duration of the morning program. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

11:30–12:30Lunch

Please provide a sack lunch for your student(s). Lunches will not be available the first week of classes. However, for the second week of classes, the Sheridan School District USDA Free Lunch Program will begin, and will be available to Art Conspiracy Students Monday through Thursday if needed.

12:30–3:00 PMAfternoon Session

Students will enroll in one of the following sessions for the duration of the afternoon program. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students are eligible for the Summer Arts Program who are ages 9 through high school (age 18). 

EACH STUDENT WILL RECEIVE AN ART CONSPIRACY T-SHIRT!

HOSPITAL AND HEALTH CENTER EMERGENCY CONSENT

If your child needs immediate medical care, we will contact you and/or the emergency contact person for formal consent for medical treatment. In the case you and/or your contact person are not available, we request permission to seek medical care for your child. Please complete and sign the following. This form will be sent to the hospital with your child. 

  • Student has severe allergies or reactions to drugs or medicines.

  • Student has severe allergies or reactions to food.

I authorize The Art Conspiracy staff to give consent for all emergency medical and/or surgical treatment deemed necessary in the event that I cannot be contacted. This consent begins June 15 and ends June 26, 2026.
A signed waiver by the parent/guardian for consent for hospital and health center emergency treatment will be required before registration will be finalized. A link to obtain the waiver for the registrant will be shown on the confirmation page. After submitting, please scroll to the bottom of the confirmation page for the link. A link will also be available in your email confirmation.

Permission to Photograph Your Child and/or Your Child's Artwork

Art Conspiracy reserves the right to use photos for education and promotional purposes only, such as bulletin boards, newsletters, brochures, grant applications, news articles, website, social media posts or lobby displays.

Field Trip Permission

WOU Art Department and Hallie Ford Art Museum

Friday, June 19, 2026

Art Conspiracy will offer an optional field trip on Friday, June 19. Regular classes will not be available on that day. All are encouraged to attend! But seating is limited, and the trip will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep a look out for an email with specific details about bus pickup schedule and locations. 

If your student will be attending, please send a sack lunch.

Sign up options and fees

$225 - Full Day Registration

(for registrations submitted prior to June 1, 2026)

$120 - Half Day Registration

(for registrations submitted prior to June 1, 2026)

For registrations submitted on June 1 or later, a $35 late fee will be added. 

You will have the option to pay a $50 deposit now, and the balance will be charged on June 12, 2026.
With a deposit you will be eligible to be assigned to classes according to your choices, date received, and seats available.   

Financial aid students please instead submit the $25 class materials fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds, minus the $50 deposit, will be made up until May 31.
Refunds of 50% minus the $50 deposit as possible until June 12.
There will be no refund of prorated amounts for unattended days.
